Meeting Overviewimage

If you stroll down the aisles of the nearest bookstore, you’ll find shelf after shelf crammed full
of management and leadership books. All of them, even the best of them, are missing the
single most important ingredient in management and leadership – you.
By you, we don’t mean the generalized, grammatically convenient “you”. We mean YOU,
personally, the unique man or woman who must make day-to-day and moment-to-moment
decisions, the very particular individual who wants to become a better leader and who wants to
steer his or her organization toward greater things.
This talk is about how you can know yourself and your value in a deeper, more robust way. By
combining Existential Philosophy and Neuroscience, Jennifer has a mechanism by which she can
help you identify the trade-offs most important to you as you navigate the complex landscape
of today’s business environment. It is through your own personal clarity and self-awareness
you will be able to name and honor your personal competitive advantage.
