Kate will discuss one of the mentoring programs M&T Bank utilizes to develop its talent. She will cover:
– How the mentoring program came to be
– The features of the program
– What’s required to implement it
– How she evaluates its effectiveness
If you have experience with mentoring programs, you are encouraged to share those thoughts during the session as well!
