Meeting Overview:

Hogan Assessments Systems, Inc. started 25 years ago with the mission of using personality assessments to improve workplace performance. Hogan started with one assessment tool, the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), and now offers over a dozen different tools to help organizations hire the right people, develop talented employees, and impact the bottom line.

Mary will focus on one of those tools, the HoganLead assessments.

Amongst other things, she will cover the following:

  • What are the Hogan Lead Assessments and what do they measure?
  • Why would I want to know more about them when there are already so many assessment tools available?
  • Do they add value to some of the more commonly known indicators such as DiSC and MBTI?
  • How can they be used (e.g. for development, for selection)?

Presenter Bio:

Mary has over twenty years of experience in organizational development and human resources in Fortune 1000 through Fortune 10 companies within the automotive, chemical, financial, and medical diagnostics industries. Her services are primarily in the areas of leadership development, increasing organizational capability to address current and future challenges, and team effectiveness.
