Meeting Overview

That’s right folks. We’re going low tech on this one. Skip the smart phone and email; no computers or even copy machines, Gutenberg press or hieroglyphics.

  • How to tell a story
  • How to say thank you like you really mean it.
  • How to integrate stories into performance appraisal
  • How to express your values and beliefs in ways that transform your organization’s culture.
  • You will hear Brian’s stories about his experience in HR. Can you learn from his mistakes?  This might appeal especially to HR managers and those in OD who work closely with HR.
  • You may share your values, beliefs and stories in small group practice sessions.
